This summer water-play facility along the Watarase River in Iwai-cho, Ashikaga City, is operated by the public-interest incorporated foundation Ashikaga City Green, Culture and Sports Foundation. Its main pool, "Watarase Beach," is a large shallow pool up to 80cm deep from a beach-like shoreline, equipped with a wave machine and a water slide; the older "Jabu Jabu Pond" has been closed due to aging. The 2026 opening dates are July 4-5, 11-12, and July 18-August 31, running in two shifts, 10:00-12:30 and 13:30-16:00, closed Thursdays (except August 13 and 27). Admission is 220 yen for adults, 80 yen for junior high age and under, and free for preschoolers.
