Tottori Sakyu Kodomo no Kuni was established in 1973 and is operated by the Tottori Prefecture Tourism Foundation on a site of 163,987.49 square meters, next to the Tottori Sand Dunes. It has large athletic play equipment, rides such as battery cars, a cycle monorail, a rail train, a water play area, and craft facilities. Admission is 500 yen for the general public and high schoolers, 200 yen for junior high schoolers, and free for elementary school age and under, dropping to 300 and 120 yen in January and February. It closes on the second Wednesday of each month (open in August), and parking for 500 cars is free.
