Tokyo DisneySea opened on September 4, 2001, covers about 610,000 square meters, and is operated by Oriental Land Co., Ltd. Its eighth themed port, "Fantasy Springs," opened on June 6, 2024 with an investment of about 320 billion yen, the largest expansion since the park's opening. Parking fees are shared with Tokyo Disneyland: following the June 16, 2026 revision, 4,000 yen for standard vehicles (under 5m) and 6,000 yen for large vehicles (5m and over).
