Shima Spain Village Parque España, a Kintetsu Group theme park, opened on April 22, 1994. Its total area is 113 hectares, of which the theme park itself covers 34 hectares and the hotel zone 8 hectares; it drew 1.42 million visitors in fiscal 2024. Its main coaster, "Pyrenees," made by Switzerland's B&M, has a highest point of 45 meters, a length of 1,234 meters, and a top speed of 100 km/h. A one-day passport costs 5,900 yen for adults, 4,700 yen for ages 12-17 and seniors, and 4,100 yen for ages 3-11, with an afternoon passport from 14:00 at 3,000 yen for adults. Parking costs 1,300 yen at the first lot (1,500 yen on night-operation days), 1,200 yen each at the second and third lots, and 2,200 yen for buses and large vehicles using the bus lot.
