Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura is a theme park that opened on April 23, 1992, recreating the townscape of the Sendai domain's Date clan during the Edo period. It includes the Ninja Kasumi Yashiki house, oiran courtesan dance performances, the Katakura Kojuro residence, and a ninja museum. Admission is 3,300 yen for junior high school age and up, 1,700 yen for elementary school children, and 600 yen for infants age 4 and up. It is open 9:00-17:00 in summer and until 16:00 in winter, with several maintenance closure days in winter; parking costs 500 yen for cars (650 spaces) and 1,500 yen for buses, large and micro (30 spaces).
