Mirage Land is the only amusement park in Toyama Prefecture, located inside Uozu Comprehensive Park in Mita, Uozu City, next to the Uozu Aquarium. Its symbol is the Giant Wheel, a large Ferris wheel up to 66 meters tall, offering simultaneous views of Toyama Bay and the Tateyama mountain range over its roughly 15-minute ride. Admission is free, with a charge per ride; it typically operates from mid-March to the end of November, closing for winter, with regular closures on Wednesdays (or the following day if a holiday).
