Kitakoen Mini Yuenchi is a small amusement facility inside Matsue City's Kita Park, managed by the city's Urban Development Department Park and Green Space Division. It has eight battery cars and two rail-mounted rides (100 yen each per ride), plus six pedal boats (400 yen per 30-minute ride, weekends and holidays only). Hours are 10:00-16:00, extended to 17:00 from July 20 to August 31, closed Tuesdays. It closes for winter from December 1 to March 14, and also suspends operation in rain or extreme heat.
