This "theme park of flowers and fruit" in Osawa-cho, Kita Ward, Kobe, doubles as a roadside station and includes the amusement park "Kobe Fairy Tale Land." The amusement park is free to enter, with per-ride charges: 400 yen each for the roller coaster and Ferris wheel, 300 yen each for the carousel and mini train, and 200 yen for the battery car. Hours are 10:00-17:00 from March to November and 10:00-16:00 from December to February, extended to 18:00 on weekends/holidays in August, closed Tuesdays. Parking for 660 vehicles (15 large, 630 small, 15 accessible) is free, and restrooms are open 24 hours.
