The Kansai Cycle Sports Center, in Amano-cho, Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture, sits inside the Kongo-Ikoma-Kizen Quasi-National Park and opened on July 10, 1974 as a bicycle-themed park. About 800 novelty bicycles are laid out across roughly 10,000 square meters, alongside a 3-kilometer cycling course, a 400-meter racing bank, and the pedal-powered "Cycle Coaster"; in summer it also operates the family pool "Forêt Riso," with cottages and a campsite. Admission is 1,000 yen for adults, 700 yen for children (ages 3 through elementary school), and 500 yen for seniors (65+), with an admission-plus-free-pass ticket at 3,500 yen for adults. Parking costs 1,000 yen per day for standard/kei cars and 2,000 yen for large and micro buses.
