This small amusement park sits atop Tokyu Plaza Kamata and has Tokyo's only department-store rooftop Ferris wheel. The first wheel, "Oshiro Kanransha," ran from 1968 to 1989, and a second, "Gureta's Ferris Wheel Flower Wheel," operated until 2014; the current wheel, "Happiness Ferris Wheel," was named through a public contest that drew 2,938 entries. A ride on the wheel costs 300 yen, and there are also the inflatable ride "Kaze no Oka" and the pedal-powered "Eco Ride," both also 300 yen. Hours are 10:00-18:00, shortened to 17:00 from December 1 to the end of February.
