This water park is opened for summer only by Hotel Green Plaza Joetsu at the Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. It has eight water attractions, including 150-meter and 100-meter water bobsleds, a 180-meter "Wild River" course, and a large 40m x 20m pool. An adjoining Play Park has a mini steam train, a carousel, and a 700-meter go-kart course. The 2026 season runs July 11-September 1, with a one-day ticket priced at 3,300 yen for adults and 2,700 yen for children.
