The name of Igashira Park Ichimannin Pool ("10,000-person pool") comes from its water surface area of 11,000 square meters at the time it opened, calculated at one square meter per swimmer to accommodate about 10,000 people. It has eight pools in total, including a 400-meter lazy river, water slides of 200 meters and 150 meters, and a wave pool. It operates from mid-July to late August, 9:00-17:00, with last entry at 16:00.
