Kodomo no Hiroba is a play area within the Chiba prefectural Hasunuma Coastal Park, offering paid attractions such as go-karts, a mini train, and novelty bicycles, plus an observation tower looking out over the Pacific Ocean. The park stretches roughly 4 kilometers along the Kujukuri coast and is operated by Chiba Prefecture Recreation City Development Co., Ltd. Admission is free, with each attraction charged individually; hours are 10:00-17:00 (10:00-16:00 from November to March), and parking for about 1,000 cars and 39 large buses is free.
