The Cycle Sports Center, in Izu City, is operated by the Japan Cycle Sports Center Foundation, established in June 1965 on a site of about 1.68 million square meters. Its play area is bicycle-themed, with novelty bikes lacking pedals or chains, a stainless-steel jungle gym, a 300-meter roller slide, and a roller coaster with a top speed of 40 km/h and a maximum gradient of 18 degrees. The same grounds also house a 5-kilometer road racing circuit and the 250-meter wooden Izu Velodrome track, used for track cycling at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Admission is 850 yen for adults (junior high age and up) and 650 yen for children (age 4 and up); an all-facility "Toku Pass" costs 2,700 yen for adults and 2,500 yen for children, and the park is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays).
