An easy first route, nothing to plan. Morning: up Mount Minoh (箕面山) to Minoh Otaki (箕面大滝), one of Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls. Park at Times Otakiue (タイムズ大滝上駐車場, ex-Dainichi 大日駐車場), then 10 minutes of forest track to the falls. One bend on, Katsuoji (勝尾寺): a hillside of katsuun (勝運) daruma to wish on. Afternoon: THE FARM UNIVERSAL OSAKA — plant gardens, lunch at Farmer's Kitchen, petting zoo, BBQ, pets welcome. Back at base before dusk, about 2.5 hours' driving. Ideal for a first campervan run.
