Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Opened on December 10, 2020, in Ushinuma, Akiruno, Tokyo. It is 400 m long and 7-10 m wide. It features a "Speed System" that sets an individual top-speed limit for each driver based on skill level, allowing first-timers and lap-time chasers to share the same course. General karts require riders aged 15 and at least 145 cm tall; junior karts require riders aged 7 and at least 120 cm tall.
