Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Opened in 1970, the third circuit built in Japan after Suzuka and Fuji, operated by the Japan Auto Sports Center. Despite the name "Tsukuba," it is actually located in Shimotsuma, Ibaraki Prefecture, not in Tsukuba City. The main four-wheel layout, Course 2000, is 2,045 m long and, though short, packs in a wide variety of corners, making it a long-standing common benchmark for comparing tuned-car lap times (the "Tsukuba Super Lap"). Course 1000, added in 2001, is also on site, and the venue hosts the All Japan Road Race Championship and various formula series.
