Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Opened in 2002 in Harada, Takamiya-cho, Akitakata, Hiroshima Prefecture, operated by Body Shop Takata Co., Ltd. It was originally about 1,000 m, but a 2005 renovation added elevation change and a new final corner, bringing it to 1,500 m, and in 2013 an 1,800 m layout extended to the west was added. In 2016 the surface was repaved with a high-friction circuit-grade asphalt. JAF-certified gymkhana events, both national and regional, are held here, while drift driving is banned; free-practice sessions only require a regular driver's license. The same operator also runs "Technique Stage Takata," a JAF-certified dirt trial course established in 1984.
