An attraction called "Go-Kart Free" at Tojoko Toy Kingdom in Kato, Hyogo Prefecture — not a racing circuit. It is unlimited-ride with a park free-pass, or 400 yen per ride otherwise, open to riders age 3 and up. Children under 140 cm tall must be accompanied by someone age 15 or older, and those under 2 cannot ride. It is unavailable on rainy days.
