Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).
For another company's rental car, please ask that company.
Opened in 1990, a motorcycle-only circuit at an elevation of about 460 m in Naoiri, Taketa, Oita Prefecture. It is a counterclockwise course 1,430 m per lap with an elevation change of 21.2 m and nine corners. The name "SPA" comes from two things: the nearby Nagayu Onsen, which has the highest carbonate content of any hot spring in Japan, and the hope of following in the footsteps of Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. It is owned by Kawasaki Heavy Industries and operated by Autopolis Co., Ltd., and as an MFJ-certified circuit it hosts two rounds of the Kyushu Road Race Championship series.
