Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Opened in 2009, 2,436 m long with 14 corners. The course was designed and built by Shozaburo Nakamura, a former Minister of Justice, himself. Despite being only about an hour from central Tokyo by car and about an hour and a half by rail, it does not host national-championship-level races; its main uses are track days, amateur races, and test-drive events for car manufacturers.
