Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

A Porsche brand experience facility that opened in October 2021 in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture — not a racing circuit. The roughly 2.1 km Handling Track was designed to make use of the site's natural terrain. It also has six driving modules, including polished low-friction concrete, a sprinkler-wetted surface, a drift circle, a kick plate, and an off-road course of up to about 40 degrees built into a natural hill. It is not limited to Porsche owners — anyone at least 140 cm tall can take part.
