Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

A facility in Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture, focused mainly on drift practice. The grounds are divided into areas A through H by purpose: Plaza C is meant for steady-state circle and figure-eight pylon drills, while Plaza D is meant for higher-speed practice such as corner entry above 80 km/h and third-gear drifting. A full-course lap of about 1,100 m is also possible. Plaza B was expanded in October 2017, more than doubling its driving area.
