Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Established in 1967 by Kiichi Fujita, a physician at the time. It is located in Mase, Nishikan Ward, Niigata City, and, as its name suggests, faces the Sea of Japan, at the foot of Mount Hisoyama, part of the Yahiko mountain range. It is a technical course about 2 km long with 14 corners. From the late 2000s to the late 2010s it hosted D1 Street Legal, a lower category of the D1 Grand Prix, and its successor, D1 Lights. In recent years no All Japan-level events have been held, with the venue centered on small-scale races and track days.
