Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Located in Nakai, Ashigarakami District, Kanagawa Prefecture, and operated by Yoda Shoten Co., Ltd. It is one of the few circuits in Japan where kids' karts and pocket bikes can run, open to riders from age 5. Entry is structured in stages: riders start on electric karts that require no lesson, then take a license course once they've learned the controls, and after passing can rent engine-powered vehicles to drive on the main course. Rental karts for adults are also available.
