An outdoor electric-vehicle leisure facility in Mugiuda, Ijuin, Hioki, Kagoshima Prefecture, operated by the Nishikawa Group. It is not a competition facility. It has a main course of about 450 m and a kids' special course of about 330 m, offering electric go-karts, stand-up Segways, crazy carts, drift trickers, and electric cars for preschool-age children.
