Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Opened in July 2005 in Mihama, Chita District, Aichi Prefecture, operated by Mihama Circuit Kunimoto Co., Ltd. Its kart course holds JAF certification. Four-wheel, two-wheel, and kart activities all take place on the same grounds: four-wheel events include the Mihama Beginner Gymkhana held four times a year, two-wheel events include the RIDING SPORT CUP series, and karts host a summer 5-hour endurance race, among others.
