An outdoor store that opened on April 20, 2019, outside AEON Mall Kisarazu. The course is 430 m long and 6-8 m wide. Its parent chain, Harbor Circuit, is a Chiba-based operator that started out with an indoor rental kart venue — unusual in Japan — and is run by Harbor Style Co., Ltd. Vehicles span four classes, from an electric KID RACER that children as young as four can drive solo, up to 200 cc and 270 cc gasoline-engine karts.
