Our rental vehicles may not be driven here without our prior consent — the deductible cap will not apply
Visiting and spectating are fine. Our rental vehicles may not be taken onto a circuit or other racing venue, including track days and experience drives, without our prior consent (Rental Terms, art. 16).
If they are, the deductible cap does not apply even where Deductible Compensation was purchased, and the full loss is payable; we may also terminate the rental without notice (arts. 30(5), 31(1)). On termination the charge for the period after termination is refunded, though we may set against it the compensation for loss under art. 31-2.
Vehicle location data is used to confirm entry into prohibited areas (art. 34-2).

Opened in 1990 on a mountaintop about 800 m above sea level in Hita, Oita Prefecture. It is 4,674 m long with 18 corners and an elevation change of 52 m, with gradients of up to 7.2% uphill and 10% downhill. The bursting of Japan's bubble economy sent the operating company into bankruptcy in 1992; management then changed hands and passed to local government before Kawasaki Heavy Industries acquired it in 2005, as it remains today. It hosts SUPER GT, Super Formula, Super Taikyu, and the All Japan Road Race Championship.
