- Additional fees
- Handover at Kansai International Airport (KIX) and anywhere in Osaka city is free; the customer pays the tolls and fuel for that leg. A pickup or return outside business hours (08:00–20:00) costs ¥2,000 (excluding tax) per started hour, counted separately for the pickup and the return. An extra fee may apply to pickup at a location outside Osaka city.

- Pickup time
- Customers can pick up the car between 08:00 and 20:00 on the first day of the rental period, at Kansai International Airport (KIX), in Osaka city, or at our office. Pickup from 00:00 to 07:30 and return from 20:30 to 23:30 are also available, with the out-of-hours fee above.
- Payment methods
- Credit cards or bank transfer.
- Payment period
- The total rental fee must be paid before the pickup date to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy

All refunds are subject to a service charge of 4% of the total amount.
When the cancellation is on us — e.g. the vehicle becomes unavailable or another customer completes a booking for the same dates first — you receive a 100% refund with NO processing fee.
^ If the cancellation request is made outside of our opening hours, it will be considered a next-day cancellation.
