Reservations
A: Reservations can be made online via instant messenger (WhatsApp or LINE), or through the online reservation form on this website.
A: You need either an International Driving Permit issued under the Convention on Road Traffic of Sep. 19, 1949 by Geneva Convention countries, or a Japanese driver's license. Some car models require a minimum number of years of driving experience. Please check the specific requirements for each model on our website.
A: You can contact us by instant messengers (WhatsApp or LINE) to change or cancel a booking. Please check our cancellation policy before proceeding.
A: Our staff will send you the rental contract via instant messenger to confirm the booking details and fees. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is completed.
Payment
A: The total rental fee must be paid before the pickup date to confirm your booking. Additional charges, such as toll fees on the ETC card, must be paid in cash or via bank transfer when returning the rental car.
A: You can pay by credit card or via bank transfer to our accounts in Hong Kong (HSBC) or Japan (GMO Aozora Net Bank).
During Rental
A: For foreigners,
① Valid international driving license

For residents of Japan,
① Valid driving license
② Identity document (e.g. resident card, My Number Card, etc.)
A: The rental time can be extended subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange for the extension.
A: You can pickup the car from 08:00 to 20:00 at our office.
A: If you would like to request an earlier pickup time or a different location to pick up the car, please contact us via instant messenger to discuss the possibilities. An extra fee will be charged.
Return
A: The rental period can be extended subject to availability. Please contact us via instant messenger before the original return time to arrange for the extension.
A: Before returning the car, please ensure that you have:
1) Refilled the fuel to a full tank at the designated gas station* near our company.
2) Cleaned the car to restore it to its original condition.
3) Paid all fines for traffic violations (if any).
Extra charges will be imposed if you fail to complete these tasks.
Insurance・Accident
A: When an accident occurs with the car:
- Provide aid to the injured.
Then, move the rental vehicle out of the way to minimize danger by placing warning lights. If anyone is injured call for an ambulance/ fire engine at 119 .- Call the police at 110 to report the accident, and file an accident report. It may be impossible to claim insurance compensation without an accident report from the police.
- Do not attempt to settle claims for the accident yourself. If you settle the claim yourself, it may be impossible to claim insurance compensation, in which case you would be liable for the entire amount.
- Notify our staff to explain your situation in details. Explain the vehicle situation and discuss how to proceed.
A: The rental fee includes insurance that provides basic compensation for bodily injury, property damage vehicle damage and personal injury.
A: If a "Notice of Traffic Violation" sticker has been affixed to your car, you need to go to the police station show on the sticker and pay the fines at bank or post office. If you fail to complete the above procedures before returning the car, a penalty fee of ¥30,000 will be charged in addition to any fines.
Additional options
A: All cars are equipped with a built-in ETC onboard device. You can either use your own ETC card or borrow one from our company at no extra charge.
A: All our rental cars, except for trikes, are equipped with car navigation systems.
A: All rental cars are non-smoking cars.

* All refunds are subject to a service charge of 4% of the total amount.
